Platz-Max Light – Compact Arena Groomer for Everyday Maintenance
The Platz-Max Light is the ideal entry-level arena drag, designed for reliable daily maintenance and optimized for smaller tractors and electric ATVs with lower engine power. It delivers excellent results on both pure sand riding arenas and synthetic arena footings.
Thanks to its lightweight chassis, the Platz-Max Light is highly maneuverable and easy to operate. The standard model includes a height-adjustable hitch bar, which can be connected via ball head coupling or towing eye, making it compatible with a variety of towing vehicles. For transport outside the arena, the unit can be lifted manually to lower the wheels for easy rolling.
Two offset rows of 10 mm coil tines provide thorough mixing of the arena footing. The adjustable, spring-loaded leveling bar smooths the surface and fills in hoof imprints and depressions. In the final pass, the lattice roller evenly seals and compacts the arena footing for a consistent and stable riding surface.
With working widths ranging from 1.35 m/ 4 feet to 1.80 m 6 feet, and a choice of, the Platz-Max Light can be tailored to meet the needs of your specific arena setup.
